Home Insurance:
The home owner's insurance protects the owner from the consequences
of physical destruction of the home. It is also mandatory to buy
home insurance due to the requirements of mortgage lending.
There are four types of
home insurance policies available.
HO1: This policy
provides the basic coverage
HO2: This policy
provides coverage for unusual occurrences such as water
damage, electrical malfunctioning, problems with heating and air conditioning.
HO3: This type of
policies cover even more types of damages.
HO8: This type of
policy is better suited for older residences.
